COMO REACCIONAR A NUESTRAS EMOCIONES

Control OUR emotions is important for every human being in his day to day; and is that the control of emotions, both negative and positive, calm the mind and allows us to face difficult decisions or unpleasant situations. Make our state of concentration is greater and we think with much more clarity, leaving aside the negative feelings and emotions.

As human beings we can experience endless emotions; within which we find positive emotions such as; joy and excitement, also with negative emotions such as sadness or anger.
Although sometimes we think that we should only have control of negative emotions, we must also do so in the case of positive ones, nor is it good to face life with excessive excitement and emotion. If we are feeling excessive joy, we should also try to control ourselves when facing certain issues. Otherwise, we would let ourselves be carried away by this joy and exaltation, making decisions that might harm us in the future.

If we let our emotions take over our being, our mind will stop working rationally and we will be at the mercy of what we feel in each moment, making decisions that are completely impetuous and not at all reflective. Each of the moments of our lives gives us a great lesson that is why we have to look at the situation with maturity to know how to behave at the moment and how to advise or comfort those who need it.
