Grow your own rock candy! :)

You will need:

• 2-3 cups of sugar
• cup of water
• wooden skewers
• jar of glass or large saucepan
• clothespins
• food coloring (optional)

How to do:

1. Mix equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.

2. Slowly add sugar in small amounts as long as it will no longer dissolve in water.

3. Add the food coloring and bring mixture to a boil.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and let the sugar syrup to cool.

5. Soak wooden skewers in water, then roll in sugar. Sugar on a skewer must be dry! It is important!

6. Pour the cooled sugar syrup into jars. Hook the end of the clothespin skewers and dip them in banks. Sticks must not touch the bottom of the cans.

7. That's it! Now you can see how every day grow lollipops!

8. About a week later, you can remove the skewers from the jars and have candy :)
