The caterpillar is a soft-bodied larva, it has a shape very similar to worms, its body is full of rings and multiple legs, it has 6 eyes and, despite this, its sense of sight is not so developed because has two antennas Serve as a guide, we can find them in various colors.
This larva feeds on plants and some of them can be poisonous.
Throughout his life he fulfills the function of becoming a butterfly, this he achieves when he reaches a sufficient stage of development.
It hangs on a branch and stays there without moving, as the days change, it changes into a crisalida and it is in that crisalida where the larva grows for several weeks until it becomes a butterfly.
