Cendol puding cincau
White coating material:
800ml liquid milk
1 pack for a swallow
Sugar to taste
Vanilla to taste
Salt a little
Cendol to taste
Chocolate coating material:
800ml liquid milk + brown sugar solution
1 pack for a swallow
Sugar to taste
Vanilla to taste
Salt a little
Ring to taste
2 pieces of pandan leaves
How to make :
White layer:
- put all the ingredients except cendol into the pan. Cook until boiling, then turn off the heat and add cendol into it
- stir well and put in mold
Coat of chocolate:
- cook all ingredients except the grass into the pan. Cook until boiling, then turn off the heat and add the grass into it
- stir well the dough and pour over the dough layer of white that has been cold
- Insert the pudding into the refrigerator
- after cold
