Thank you so much! Yes, it was a REAL struggle for me at first. With practice it greatly improved. Meditation, mindfulness, and presence have changed my life. I can honestly say that I have never been happier in my than I am now. I really feel a lot of gratitude. Mindful walking helped me a lot to find peace, it helped me to learn how to let go of my thoughts. I still walk 10km a day every day as part of my practice. Not only is it good exercise, but I find it tremendously calming and soothing. Thank you for the support @vibesforlife!
