Don't be afraid when stress comes. Breathe deeply down to your diaphragm. When you are tense, you tend to take shallow breaths and pant your heart and your brain cannot take oxygen in the amount they need. Your thinking become fuzzy, your heart beats faster, hoping to get more blood itself.
Blood carries oxygen, yet ironically, the heart can not get enough blood and therefore, not enough oxygen. Breathing slowly and deeply help you to collect your thoughts with sufficient oxygen, so you can think clearly.
Always start you day with an exercise eat the right breakfast to have an energy for your mind and clear balance.Because by eating a healthy diet and having well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope up with stress, so be mindful on the foods you want to eat.
