NEED HELP FOR MY DOG

HEY GUYS!!! please take a little time to read this I really need your help.

My sister already posted about this, about my dog's illness. It started on Saturday morning, we noticed that he can't walk properly, we thought that his foot got injured, but later on my mother noticed that his egg on his private part (pic below, I don't know what it's called) is getting big and it's getting heavy and I can feel the pain inside of him. Sunday morning, we noticed that he has a lump on his nose, Monday morning we went out with my family and went home at 4pm, we thought that he is okay because he can play with my little puppies named ivy and matilda and his lump is already gone, but before I went to sleep, I thought that the lump on his nose disappeared but it go straight to his eyes, and it makes me sad and worried even more seeing him on that kind of situation.

My sister searched and posted on social media to know what kind of illness is he suffering some of her friends thought that it's tumor and some of them thought that it's only insects bite(hopefully) and if it's tumor he needs to undergo surgery costs 7 thousand and above and it's too expensive, we cant afford that and we can't afford to lose him. I am so desperate so please guys help us one upvote will do, I know if you're in my situation you will do the same thing for your love ones.
