Fill your cup with positivity

I found this analogy interesting:

Efe was holding a cup of milk when i came along and bumps into him, his arm shook, making him spill the milk everywhere.

Why did you spill the milk? I asked.
Can you guess his answer?
Lol....he said, he spilt the milk because i bumped into him.

That a wrong answer.

You spilled the milk because there was milk in your cup.

Had there been coffee in the cup, you would have spilled coffee.

Whatever is inside the cup, is what will spill out.

Therefore, when trouble or hardships comes along and shakes us(which will definitely happen), whatever it is that will come out is what is inside of us. We can't fake it for long

*so please lets sit and ask ourselves..."what's in my cup?".

When life gets tough on us, what spills over?

Is it happiness, peace, kindness, gratefulness, and humility?

Or anger, jealousy, wickendess, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?

You answer!
Don't say, 'i can't control my anger'..
You can be whatever you want to be
Always work towards greatness.
Fill your cup with peace of mind, honesty, love, kindness, forgiving heart, joy, gratitude and words of affirmation for ourselves and others.
