First attempt for a Keto Pizza!
This was my first attempt at creating a keto pizza. It was actually a lot easier than I thought after I read the ingredients and instructions. I documented the whole process with pictures and, I will try to explain what I did at each step.
Ingredients for making the crust.
1 ounce of cream cheese
1/3 cup of coconut flour
One cup and a half of shredded mozzarella cheese
Two eggs
Combine that cream cheese and the mozzarella cheese and put in the microwave for 45 seconds stir and then another 45 seconds.
It should look something like this!
Next add the coconut flour first after it’s cooled for about a minute then beat the eggs and add into the mixture start stirring with a fork and then hand knead after that.
After you have needed the dough place on to a nonstick pan preferably with parchment paper or it will stick like mine did 😢
Be sure to preheat your oven to 425°F
Poke some holes in the door with a fork to prevent bubbling.
Put in the oven for six minutes then flip and cook for another six minutes.
Remove from the oven and add your desired ingredients and pizza sauce cook for another five minutes and ready to go!
