This is steemit post is just a simple yet important life reminder. Don't forget to relax and take a breather! In the everyday whirlwind of modern living, we often forget how important it is to have a personal reboot. All it takes to help you live a happier life sometimes is to have a nothing day!

All you do that day, is anything that won't stress you out much yet keeps you content and in a relaxed state. These things can be very different from person to person, but here's what I've been doing all day to give me my breath of fresh air...

I started with a retro video game session... Going back to the games I played as a kid totally helps me clear my head up!

Then I poured myself a nice drink...

... And casually sipped on it while watching a Series about Bigfoot on Netflix (because I don't want to have my mind worked up too much while relaxing).

Then I've stopped here to write this up, because I know what the rest of this day will probably be:
