Staying on course thru change...
Experience is very valuable companion thru life. While cruising thru life is comfortable, it never yields amazing results. In order to be successful, one must be willing to step out of our comfort zone. Yes, it will be scary at first, but after doing it for a while it will become one of your best skills. Not everyone can jump into the unknown, but those of us who do can assure you that it is worth the effort. Success is not guaranteed if you try, but failure is certain if you don't.
I am almost done with the hiring process at the other institution. I'll probably be ready to start by the end of next week. At that point I'll welcome the new challenge and prepare to succeed.
