Howdy sir abitcoinskeptic! You're probably right. I haven't seen any around here but I'm sure they're in the big cities. Are they legal for the highways?
The smaller kickboard style scooters are limited to around 20~25mph so driving on the highways is a bad idea. Also they are usually licensed as ebikes. But the vespa style ones with seats are just like normal sccoters and can get to 60 so they would be fine as long as it isn't icy. They are usually licensed as smaller motorcycles.
Oh very interesting sir abitcoinskeptic, I bet a city like Galveston has those and it doesn't get cold enough to worry about the winter weather.
