The best Ideas for me:

  1. The best forms of exercise are aerobic exercises which are full body routines such as running, jogging, walking and bicycling. Some of the other types of exercise include resistance training, strength training, stretching and body building.

  2. You should always warm up and stretch before starting a workout routine to avoid muscle soreness or injury. A warm up routine helps you avoid joint and muscle injuries and it also helps you increase the blood circulation to your body parts.

  3. Jogging provides great ways to increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your leg muscles and burn more calories. Strength exercises are a type of physical activity that requires a high degree of force or resistance. Resistance training is great for developing your muscles, bones and joints and it improves your stamina.

  4. Climbing stairs instead of using elevators provides a low-impact activity you can do all day without harming your knees, hips, back or neck. Muscle building is beneficial for improving posture, eliminating excess fat and for increasing muscle power.

  5. It's important to keep your joints moving constantly through any type of regular exercise so you'll be less likely to develop joint problems later on. Don't wait until you have joint problems to start exercising as exercise can provide many benefits and help you keep the pain away.
