American brand Jordan Outdoor Enterprises (Jordan) filed a lawsuit against Kanye West after seeing a photo of his wife, Kim Kardashian West, wearing pants from the Yeezy Season 5 collection and printed with a pattern Jordan claims to have created .

Jordan has also lodged a complaint against Unknwn, a brand of streetwear and Miami sneakers owned in part by LeBron James, which does not prevent Unknwn from continuing to sell t-shirts and boots adorned with the motif in question on its website.

Jordan claims to have created and owned this camouflage "tree branch" print from his Realtree collection. Realtree camouflage prints are available on men's and women's apparel, and appear in many product categories such as t-shirts, hats, wedding dresses and bed linen.

The label based in the US state of Georgia accuses Yeezy of having knowingly reproduced his camouflage print and claims to have been contacted by a representative of the brand in March 2016, who requested permission to use the print, but put end the conversation as soon as the terms of license are mentioned. Jordan also accuses Yeezy of removing his copyright from the print before use.
