Vegetarian day :) - we celebrate it today in Poland.

Who are the vegetarians?

We are "vegetables eaters" - no offence.

I exclude all meat and food products of meat origin from the diet and I am already a vegetarian - simple.

Sometimes, however, it's easier to say than to do. If the whole time meat was eaten, sometimes it is difficult to give up.

The motivation to become a vegetarian or vegan can be several issues (health, ethics, ecology, economics and others).

Since I have already mentioned the word vegan, it is worth to bring it closer. Vegan is a vegetarian who also does not use products of origin (milk, eggs, honey, etc.).

I will not bore you - that's it - today is the vegetarians' day in Poland - hurrah :)
