Of Feminism
Hello, lovely readers.
How about having some healthy discussion? I would love to take the liberty and pleasure of initiating the discourse. Let’s communicate our opinions on Feminism. I would be expressing mine and I expect your replies, even if your opinions do not correspond with mine.
The Oxford Dictionary defines Feminism as, “The advocacy of women’s rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes.”
The word Feminism strikes various connotations. Some people, of whom I happen to be one, take this word to be a faculty inspiring equal rights and equal respect for all human beings, irrespective of their sexes. Others perceive it as a malicious agent engaged in a spiteful mission of curbing the rights of male humans and push them towards oblivion while empowering female humans to the extent of social absurdity. Again there are people who talk in favour of gender prejudice; some against the males and some against the females. Which one stands true upon the factual grounds of the contemporary world?
A new word has recently come into trend these days – “Feminazism” (female+Nazism). In my opinion, this is the word that befits the male-hating community. This, according to me, is the apt rival word for misogyny. Feminism on the other hand, is a synonym for humanism. It simply promotes a genial ambience to be made available for the sexes. As a social media addict, I can bet on the statement that the word feminism is thoroughly misinterpreted. Hateful comments against feminism and feminists are seen everywhere. I have come across several instances in the social media where people spit detestable comments against feminists. Some even consider them as being a threat to the social order. Let me clear it out once and for all. A feminist will never wish to preserve the exclusive privileges for women just the way he/she doesn’t approve of the ones for men. They despise injustice and oppression regardless of the sex of the victim. If you see a person who is otherwise, he/she must very well be a misogynist or a feminazi.
What I have stated so far must have stamped a question mark upon the exclusive need for feminism when humanism is already there and practiced. Because for a long time the world has ignored that females too are humans, for a long time the embodiment of a part of the civilization my females have been disregarded, for a long time the equal contributions of women towards the integrated existence have been overlooked, for a long time they have been looked down upon as second class citizens and till time the human kind is still referred to as just mankind. Feminism is needed because the world needs to be enlightened of the very existence of female humans.

I am mostly at odds with Feminism. And it has to do with the influence Sigmund Freud and Edward Bernays had on it from it's modern day inception. It's kind of the same reason I don't go to church. I don't like it when another "man" controls the feelings and attitudes of the women in my life who are always incessantly casting doubt in the name of Feminism, on my ability to lead my family. If you can stomach it, there is a documentary called The Century Of The Self, and from it one may ascertain that the women of this world are STILL controlled by a few men at the top of the food chain. I have the experiences to draw from and will relate them on demand.
I am totally agree with this post, feminism is not mean hate to the other gender (male gender), is because we want equality and equity also respect and we must give and yes to recieve in the better harmonic way possible, there are alot "misunderstoods" arround the media, and "the socio-cultural agendas" arround world and also ignorance about feminism, end yes is can easy fall in a "slogan" to make a definition of what is really feminism or what is more in base of fake "stigmas" about feminsim and in the relation with the other male gender, we are inside us 50% female and 50% male, so the more right is more equality and to give and to recieve for, from and to the male gender, if a misunderstood or conflict is etween a female and a male not necesary have to see if a female is feminist , each particularity depends and how is the treat and what is in conflict between and why, when there are a conflict beetween female and male depends also of the way of see or have present the human fraternity may apply more to one or another or both...as any conflict....or misunderstood
