How do we break the cycle of suffering and violence?
We need more role models who are not afraid of feeling...all the way.
The ones who...can model to our children...that BEING HERE IS ENOUGH.
The ones who...can greet our children with unconditional love...deep presence...tenderness...and honor!
The ones who...value PRESENCE more than pretense, achievements, money, or status.
The ones who...are willing to cry in front of anyone...and greet the spectrum of emotions in others with compassion.
The ones who... have found God and Goddess within.
The ones who...don't need their mother to feel mothered...but can deeply respect her for her creativity and wisdom.
The ones who...don't need a father to feel fathered...but can deeply respect him for his faith and honor.
The ones who...can blur the lines between masculine and feminine with grace and respect.

Our children will know that it's okay to feel. They won't need to be punished for crying or feeling sad.
They'll know that it is a gift...not a curse...to feel confused or to not fit into a clearly defined box, label, or gender role.
