How you are today? I hope it's really very good, the cold days are still here in Buenos Aires and a classic to keep warm is mom's lentil stew ♥ but this time it was made by me. And modified a bit, of course, because there is always a healthier way to do it and taking advantage of what we already have at home.

Y modificado un poco, por supuesto, porque siempre hay una manera mas saludable de realizarlo y aprovechando lo que ya tenemos en casa.

Vamos a comenzar cortando cebolla, morron y ajo en trozos pequeños y vamos a saltearlos con un poco de sal y aceite en una olla tapada.

Yo tenia un poco de vacio que habia hecho desgrasado al horno que sobró y voy a utilizar esa carne, ya que tiene poca materia grasa y está super suave porque tuvo muchas horas de coccion. Asi que corté en trozos medianos, y en la olla donde ya sudaron las cebollas y morrones lo voy a agregar junto con tomate cubeteado y zanahoria en trozos pequeños o rallada.
