The Golden Age of Steem
Signed up for SteemCampUK 2019 today at Phoenix, on the recommendation of Shani Lee. Shani introduced me to Facebook more than ten years ago as a business networking tool, when she used to run fortnightly meetings of Creative Coffee at De Montfort University. I knew nothing about Facebook then and nothing about Steem before this meeting - now I’m completely sold on Steem, I have an account and this is my first post. Thanks to @redrica and @starkerz for setting me up. Great to meet you today, I don't know if anyone recommended that you follow @pennsif btw - he's based in West Wales and does regular 'steem news' posts - links to posts on the latest developments on steem. He also does a nice little radio show on Discord once a week on Thursday evenings - but you might want your local link @shanibeer to explain the little rabbit hole that is Discord it's a bit complex!
