Nowadays it seems very easy for them to release ICO, we don't know if it is legit or scam. Hoping to have a process that we can detect the scam ICO. Coz cryptocurrencies is a trending nowadays. And it's our responsibilities to check if its ok or not. How about if you are newbies? Hoping someone can develop a way of checking if ICO is scam or not.
