SEC-s19/w6/E1 mundo del pantrismo
Hello Everyone,
How are you. l am @roohiasif from Pakistan. I hope you also saved and healthy by the grace of Allah.I am also pretty good.Today I am participating sec-19/w6/E1 mundo pantrismo.this amazing contest .here I am learning in to practice what I have learnal.This is the sixth and last week of engagement challenge .I am thanks for gestronemy team Very well he explained the cooking method and techniques very welland thanks for professor nehala to provide us fruitful lectures .
Now move towards and starts contest.
Make an edible decoration with fruits and vegetable to accompany a dish prepared by students ( show the process with photos?)
A)This week is my favourite week because I like decoration and presentation.basically this is art .First our eyes see food, then we humans eat food .Today I made potato cutles.This is very easy recipe because my family is potato lover.

Mise en place

Boil 1 kg of potato in pen.When the potato is well boiled, throw away the hot water and wait for it to cool down.then peel of potato.
Mash the potato well with a mixer and add all the ingredients given in the recipe.

After that, you can give any shape to the potato and make it into a patty.I like round shape patty.

Before frying I coated eggs and vermicellic.The coating makes the patties very crunchy.then I am frying patties .

I am using 4 table spoon of mayonnaise and add crush carrot,cucumber chicken powder,cabbage then mix and mash .when patty is ready is I garnished upper part of patty for garnishing.then I decorated cucumber capsicums and onion.

Butterfly decoration with carrot and cucumber

Only I am using for decoration of Salate two vegetables carrot,cucumber.

I then made the center part of the butterfry with a cucumber.This is a layer of carrots, then a layer of cucumbers, then a layer of carrots, then cucumbers.

Similarly made a whole butterfly with the help of cucumber and carrot.Who looked very presentable.

Half kg of boil potatoes mash and mix mention add all spices.1 table spoon.using vegetable for decoration .

I grees my hand of oil and bring potatoes mixture and given oveal shape
This is the center part of duckling.then I made head of duckling round ball of potato.and I add front side of duckling.
I make eyes of duckling using black paper.then I make beak a small peace of carrot.then making duck claws and tail only I am using carrot.

Then I am garnished in the center part of plate crushed carrot and cabbage.thrn eaves of plate I decorated cucumber

My opinion of the next engagement challenge.
Of course the engagement should begin very soon .From this engagement challenge, I learned a lot from many new methods especially mother sauce.cutting methods and techniques .It is expected that when the new engagement channel is launched, it will provide awareness of various things related to baking.Iam fond of baking specially pineapple cake .I want to learn ice cream and many more deserts.
I am again thankful gastronomy team .we have learn many more things.The process of learning never ends for a person, it continues throughout life.Every day something new comes before us and we learn a lot.
I think you have to cover up all the things,but on suggestion I give you in next engagement challenge.You will use less term knowledge.This makes the contest very complicated. Use simple and straightforward language.

A good explanation of cource week#6. I like your recipe of cup shaped stufed cutlets, they looks very attractive. Your butterfly salad is also very innovative and beautiful.
