Changes to critical objects and others patch 9.13
Hello everyone, we want to introduce you to the changes that Riot games made to the critics' objects.
Riot applied many changes to the shooters' objects during the middle of last season to expand the range of champions and playing styles that could succeed in the bottom lane, beyond the excessive use of critics in the late game. Although occasional non-sniper carters appear in the lower lane, critics' marksmen were frustrated by their guns due to issues such as exceeding the critical limit, the limited functionality between Infinity Edge and Ultimate Sigh, and greater loss of power when choosing defensive objects, since the power achieved with two objects decreased.
In this version they reviewed the objects of shooters with the following objectives in mind:
-To make the critics' users feel again emotion for their main armed.
-To make that, in general, the armed of critics are more satisfactory in regular games (that is, to solve the problems mentioned above) without becoming problematic in professional games.
-Make critical users able to implement defensive objects in their main armor if necessary.

Infinity Edge
They restored the individual functionality of Filo del Infinito to make you feel more gratifying immediately after putting it together. Eliminating its true damage conversion means that it no longer conflicts with Ultimate Sigh, while fixing its additional damage for critical hits by 25% instead of historical 50% allows it to maintain its original objective of mitigating the ability of the snipers to annihilate fragile champions during the late game.

Essence Reaver

New: Spear of Shojin
In the context of Essence Plunderer, several champions make good use of Essence Glare. The only detail is that most are not shooters. They created a new object for them. (For those who saw the previous Shojin Lance in Frenzy in the Nexus, it ended up overlapping enough with the Sterak Gauntlet to decide not to proceed).

Stormrazor
They created the Edge of the Storm to support styles of shooters that focus more on moving and attacking distance in a fight than on attacking directly, but ended up becoming the first predominant object in the armed critics due to their combination of impact early and progression with critical objects. They retained the idea of "occasionally superpower attacks" but transferred it from the system of critics to the system of Energized attacks so that it is not only the first object of the armed ones of Edge of Infinity.

Phantom Dancer

You can traverse units and grant 7% Movement Speed while you are within 550 of a visible enemy champion ⇒ for 2 sec after attacking a champion with a basic attack.

-Cost: 2800 to 2600 gold

Statikk shiv
Dagger of Statikk needed a slight improvement to raise it to the level of the other objects of Fervor.
-Cost: 2800 to 2600 gold
-Attack speed: 35% to 40%
-Chance of critical hit: 30% to 25%
Once they master the initial learning curve, users of critics should not be noticeably stronger or weaker than before, although once again they will have a point of power by having two objects (Edge of Infinity + a Fervor object). we updated Spectral Dancer to make it an attractive defensive option among Fervor objects instead of three, so your games will feel less frustrating. From there, they will track the considerable changes of power of each champion instead of continuing to adjust the object system (unless there are objects that are very out of the parameters)
