Japanese Thistle (Cirsium Japonicum)
Japanese thistle, whose scientific name is cirsium japonicum, is an perennial plant of the genus cirsium in the asteraceae family.
The plant is widespread over a very large area of Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu in Japan, as well as in the Asian continent.
The leaves are polymorphic and different in shape, resembling dandelions, with a furry central slit and serrated tips, and stiff, sharp spines at the ends.
The flowers are magenta, pink, and white.
