Three men with the same educational qualification got employed in a reputable organisation but after a year on the job, only one was remaining.

Attitude is the answer.

Attitude is everything.

Every organisation is searching for workers with the right attitude to the working environment.

Attitude is what differentiates the common man from the extraordinary man.

Attitude is what distinguishes a man anywhere and anytime.

Attitude rises high in ranking than talents, skills or gifts.

Talents and skills are expressions of the potentials inherent in a man..... what he's capable of doing.

Attitude on the other hand, talks about the manner these inherent abilities are effectively deployed in meeting goals and objectives be it personal or organisational.

While talents, qualifications and experience may procure you a job, it is attitude that secures the job.

So believe me when I say ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!

What the customer remembers when he is long gone from you is your attitude towards him.

Talent without attitude leads to frustration.

Skill without attitude results in stagnation.

And knowledge without attitude brings about the destruction of a man.

Even men of undoubted anointing can't ignore the importance of attitude.

As it is often said: "Anointing without character (Attitude) leads to annoyance".

One may be skilled, educated, talented, anointed, privileged and even ordained but if he does not have good attitude, such a one won't really go far in life.

One may hold numerous titles but there are no entitlements in titles but attitude. Attitude is like a price tag, it shows how valueable you are.

You may possess everything but if you don't possess the right attitude, you really don't possess anything.

Any career built on the negative side of attitude will soon crash, it's only a matter of time.

But What Is Attitude?

Attitude is a complex mental state which affects one's beliefs, feelings, values and dispositions resulting in a patterned behaviour.

Attitude is a programmed mindset that orchestrates one's emotional and behavioural display.

Positivity and negativity are two sides of the attitude coin. The one you choose determines your lot.

It is important however, to note that no one is born with the right attitude.

Attitude is developed. The right attitude must be consciously and proactively developed.

Because attitude is everything.

Attitude can make a customer stick with you for longer than you could ever have thought.

Watch your attitude because that is the first thing people will notice about you and first impression has a way of lasting very long.

Attitude is the flavour that makes talent skill and knowledge to glamour in the field of life.

Your attitude determines your positioning in life.

Where skill may not be able to take you to in ten years, the right attitude can take you there in less than five.

Your attitude to life will determine your altitude in life.

How you respond to the challenges of life is a key pointer to how responsible you are.
