Any parent knows you can't handle every child alike. One disobedient child may need to be rebuked sharply or even spanked . Another crumbles at the mere look of disappointment on his mother's face. Treat both children the same,and one will be crushed and the other unswayed. For parents, the challenges is to know what kind of leadership each child needs.

Like wise, different workers need different kinds of leadership. Some people need a tight leash,other space. some need to be shown clearly,almost harshly,their blunders,because their characteristic response to mistake is mere, "oh well". Other need only gentle prod, because they have already died a thousand death over their error. Giving individuals type of direction they need is one of the most important aspect of providing personalized leadership.
