Looking ahead for leadership
In a world where information is readily available, environments are rapidly changing and people seem to have less loyalty, leaders must step up and adapt. Power is irrelevant to leadership and can actually be detrimental to creating and maintaining a positive culture.
Some of the key aspects of leadership I strive to achieve and look for in others are:
- Genuineness
- Honesty
- Level-headednes
- Problem solving & conflict resolution
