Culture of Leadership Excellence

Tom Rose, Ph.D., Head of Global Innovation and Client Solutions, AchieveForum led a workshop on Leading Change: Managing at the Leading edge on 16 May 2017. There was lively discussion by the participants on: The Changing Landscape of Change Leadership, A New Research-Based Model, Managing at the Leading Edge: Research Overview , The Motivating Context, Using Feedforward to Increase Leadership Impact.

Tom, author of "Managing at the Leading Edge", indicated that a culture of leadership excellence is required to enable an innovative high performing team. There needs to be clear roles and responsibilities required of top and middle management for accountability and the team should provide ongoing feedback through feedforward.
