Good Leader: No Member Is Of The Same Interest And No Leader Is Perfect.

Hello! Today I just would like to share with you all one thing that can take you to a successful and good leader.

There are many different kinds of leadership with different jobs, but with the same goal. As the organization increase in number, so increases leader in number. But every leader is not a successful and a good leader. Leadership is not a easy thing that can be done successfully.

There are many reasons and ways to become a successful and a good leader whom his team or members show their respects to him. I will not be able to cover all of them. But of them I just wanted to share one that can make you a successul and good leader.

A leader should keep in mind that a leader can not make all of his team or members as no member is of the same interest and no leader is perfect. Keeping this in mind may helps a leader not lose his patience easily and get angry with his team or members. Suppose a leader has 10 members, he tries to manage his leadership as much as he can, according to what he thinks are good for all the members, but it is sure that all of them can not be satisfied under his leadership or about decision he make. Some of them may appreciate his leadership and decision he makes, but some may not, and start complaining about decision he makes and the way he directs them. If so, what should a leader do to handle the problem?

The answer is just to remember that a leader can not keep all his member happy all the times because "no member is of the same interest and no leader is perfect", and try to handle the problem in a positive way.
Some leaders are unaware of this and when their members complain about their leadership, they easily lose their patience and never try to handle the problem in a positive way, but a negative way that, as a result, make the member divided.

It's not the way that a leader who want to be successful in his leadership should handle the problem arising among his members concerning his leadership.

A leader who want to be successful should keep in mind "no member is of the same interest and no leader is perfect", and always try to handle the problem in a positive way.
