It's no doubt that hiring a bona-fide litigator is a prerequisite for winning a personal injury case. Not all litigator would be inclined to make such sacrifice as paying for plastic surgery clients while anticipating its positive impact on such case.
Beyond law, scheduling major meetings for midweek has also worked best for me!
