Anyone know of a good online dispute resolution service

I'm about to enter into a contract, and the other party wants to be governed by "New York Law"; I don't want the contract to be governed by a bunch of criminals that steal money at gun point and are run by arbitrary politicians scribbles.

I seem to recall an online dispute resolution service, that looked incredible, and was not connected with the State.  Anyone have any knowledge of good voluntaryist displute resolution services, preferably online?
