INJUSTICE TO ONE IS INJUSTICE TO ALL
Most often than not,we hear cases of murder, rape ,arson ,child defilement, abuse of fundamental right etc.
If your come from the third world countries,this conditions or factors are typical.
In the first world countries ,this crimes are packaged to give another meaning!
For instance in Africa internet hacking is fraud,but in America it called ethical hacking.
Summaringly,crime is Crime! No matter how you try to taint it!
The position however becomes clear by the constitution and statues which is operational in all of these jurisdiction. The law for instance operational in the USA is not what Obtains in Congo or the UK.
Laws therefore varies! Another anomaly is religion which have created more harm than good where a government becomes religious instead of representing the recognitions of a country constitutionally as a secular State.
The cases of rape and Child defilement is in the rampant,it has however been discovered 90% of rape victims lie. They pick offences of malicious antics inorder to deal with their lovers either be cause of suspicion that the boy wants to live or is with another girl,jeoloysy tends to set in.
Once a rape case has been alleged such case are bent for trial and before trial ends this boy must have spent years in custody! I think as much as we are against rape ladies should learn to keep their tongues shut if a rape case didn't actually occur!
I recommend hasher sanction for false accusers in the jurisdiction where you reside. It becomes appalling after you lie and an innocent boy suffers and you get away with it.
I Think the issue of defilement should be given key attention .victims are merely kid who do not know their left from their rights and men or women of such kind should be death with.
My Opinion is when it has to deal with full grown adult who knows what's good for them they should not be condemned when their act is based on consent!
For a child under 18 such act should be outlawed!
I have also considered the two grown adult fags or gay who is above 18 years of age should not be condemned if their act is based on consent,this a legal opinion by the way! You can criticise and convince otherwise lol.
On the basis of religion or morality. Let heaven be the judge! God have allowed the weed and the tares to grow together so that on the judgment day the weed and tares wi be separated.
Fundamental right breach is also a critical ißue to be considered typically rights are breached by police ,seizing personal properties and having access to your phones etc.no regard for the constitution, people are arrested for stealing and the police offers $1000 fo your bail and he doesn't give you it becomes an issue and therefore you charge him for armed Robbery.
What a lawless society we find ourselves, it is appealing.

To tell the truth the police way to fight injustice is with money!
