Indonesia is no different, intimidation, social media-based harassment that forces victims to give money is part of the reason because women are considered weak and easily influenced targets.

I agree with the view on practical case II, you classify it in the category of ordinary murder, not femicide! because it happened without planning and coincidentally the victim was a woman.
