SLC-S22/W2 ||"Branches of Law".

Dear steemians! I Hope that you all will be fine. I am going to participate in SLC-S22/Wk2 with the aim for getting some knowledge about law. The topic is Branches of Law and the teachers of this course are @anasuleidy and @elider. So get started;
Part I
Public Laws in Pakistan:
Public law is that which governs the relationships between the government and persons or organization. Example of public laws are constitutional law and administrative law.
In public law I am going to discuss about constitution of Pakistan and Election law.
Constitution of Pakistan:
The Constitution of Pakistan passed in 1973 is a constitution of Pakistan which is also called supreme law of the Pakistan. This constitution explain the government fairs of my country. In constitution of Pakistan different aspects are cleary mentioned including principles of democracy as these are fundamental rights of the nation. As it is the supreme law of my country that's why this law comes under public law as it affects the relation between the government and the people.
2. Election Law:
For running the fairs of my country there are different kinds of elections are held in my country, Pakistan for issuing different goverments like general elections are common which are held after every five yeara. For dealing the fairs of these elections it is very necessary to be done under a specific law. Elections in Pakistan are held by rules and by legal procedure to conduct and organize the election clearly and honestly. These are defined in the Representation of People’s Act 2017 and the Elections Act, 2017. In the they concerns the exercise of state power and followed by systematic political influences on the given country. Secondly, these laws rightly look after the free and fair polling or selection of elections in the country because this is very important to maintaining the democracy in the country.
Private Laws in Pakistan:
Private laws are those which deal with relationships between private people such as major property law, family law and tort law.
Here I am going to discuss contract law and property law as private lawa.
Contract Law:
Contract Act, define the law of different kinds of contract in Pakistan. This also contain rules related to formation, discharge and enforcement of contract between two parties so that both parties can deny to any kind of conflicts. The contract law belong to private law which means it define the relationship in a legal way between private people. And main point of this law is that it do not has any references to the law between these individual and the state. This law has it's own legal basic and has a great contribution within businesses, commerce and economic development.
2. Property Law:
The Pakistan property law was applied specificaly with the Specific Relief Act in 1877 and define the rule and regulation about property and land dealing of my country. It tell us or we say bound us to ownership, possession and use of property and other legal obligation of person as it exists regarding to his land or property. It bounds us to property dealing and using its rule we can easily solve our issue regarding to possession, selling or buying.
Part II
Administrative Law is my favourite law
I find interest in Administrative Law. The reason is that this law provide a fast way of getting our rights or fulfill justice. Morever, Administrative Law protect the freedom of it's people by making some decision under regulation by using executive powers.
Administrative Law deals with the behaviour of all executive power, and its main focus at their function, processe and action. Administerative Law is a very important law because it tells us the rules through which we can resolve the dispute between citizen and the administration. Beside this, the subject of Administrative Law enables the us to question the decisions made by these agencies, so that we can protect our right and freedom. This law is responsible for peace and duties within the government practice lawful conduct.
Administrative law applied with many beneficial points like it restricts that how the government works and it helps to keep a check on the government’s actions and performance. This law decreases the risks to the individual and the business and create a more suitable environment for the economic development and growth. In completingg this role, Administrative Law claims that decisions made by government agencies, can be questioned by people. In addtion, this law increases the validity of the public trust towards the government and the society in generally is more transparent and democratic.
Part III
My contact with Administrative Law
Yes, I have a contact directly with Administrative Law. It happened several years back when I started a my own business of Air conditioner in Lahore city. After 6 months of starting my business, I received a notification that my business is not legal as by the agency I was not following some rules of that society of Lahore city. They claimed that if I would not pay some taxes of the society, I had to shut down my business.
We knew that things were not going well one day when we got a investigation letter from the commitee of the society. I hired a lawyer, after examining my case, the lawyer told us that we have the right to appeal against the decision and to conduct a hearing before the administrative tribunal. The lawyer guided me the legal way to solve this issue and also it was my belief that we had acted legally and it was for this reason that we brought forward our side of the story including evidence and witness to prove the point.
After several months of waiting, the administrative authorities made under judgement of my case. On our side we noted that the tribunal correctly declared that the government department and head had improper evidences against my shop in the plazza. The tribunal directed the government agency to restore the my expenses of this case and allow me to start my businesa again there.
In conclusion, the Administrative Law, is very functional branch of law designed to test desputes and given justice to people. People complaint their issues and these are solved under administrative law.
