Have you ever been surrounded by people who claimed to spiritual and don't eat any types of meats?! Once in a while I'd hear about folks who thought that they were being super healthy but caught cancer and/or some looked so fragile that they get sick so frequently. I don't know much but I do know the body is evolving just like we do and when we deprive what it needs so drastically for whatever our reasons the body will break down.
