A Turn to the Right in Latin America
The world's turn to the far right in politics has risen decisively and terrifyingly in Latin America as well. The millenia opened with much hope for more rights and powers to the people, the poor, the indigenous, and for the common welfare and development in Latin America. Kirchner in Argentina, Bachelet in Chile, Lula da Silva in Brazil and many more. Now Argentina is under the thumb of Mauricio Macri, a former businessman; Brazil subjugated under the authoritarian Michel Temer, and Chile with right-wing multibillionaire Sebastián Piñera. This resurgence of the right means a return to neoliberal exploitation, economic tightening, and assaults against social rights and increasing levels of state violence. Worldwide the avalanche of nationalism is making us collectively weaker and unifying the oligarchs over the interests of the pueblo.

Rise of the right wing is increasingly disturbing because of the bubble being a right wing creates, where any person who is different isn't allowed. People have to understand that, even individuals with the same colour are two different people.
