Come To Beara

untitled-294-Edit.jpg

Taken at one of the strangest rock formations on the west coast of Ireland, known as The Beara Bowl. The Beara Peninsula is stunning. Small rural communities that battle the Irish Atlantic winter and come alive during the summer months, with scenic surprises aplenty. Typical west of Ireland.

Is it really that much different from Dingle or Kerry? Or do I need to book a ticket an return? ;)

Not that different. Maybe a bit more isolated and less touristy.

Ok, I'll stay away for now. Looks awesome though! ;)

wow a beautiful place! i may just have to visit here! is this where you live? i like the sound of it (and the looks of course!) small rural communities... I live in one in the US, but we don't have the coast and ocean <3

I live about 2.5 hours drive from here, but the whole west coast of Ireland is much like I describe in this post.

cool. glad to hear it is still considered "rural" for these are my favorite types of landscape <3

Well, as rural as you can get in Ireland. It is a tiny country, after all.
