Fifty runs till May - Week #23 - The Doggy's back!

This is my twenty-third post for the challenge set my @theaustrianguy to make sure we keep running: #fiftyrunstillmay. Since I hit 50 runs three weeks ago I've decided to continue the challenge and see how many I can do to May.

My Achilles injury has been keeping me back, but at least Ghost my trail puppy was ready to join me again after her small operation. I've done three runs this week... all of them in my backyard. Different routes on Stellenbosch Mountain, the Eersterivier (First River) and Coetzenburg.

Thanks. Yes, I'm lucky, lots of awesome scenery here in South Africa. I typically carry a hydrapack and my pocket size Canon with me when I go on longer runs. ;)
