The Sunset in Bhutan

The last day of the ride in Bhutan and man, what a ride it turned out to be.

Riding in the fog with less than 5 feet visibility for more than 75 km, riding through some dense lush green forests and through winding mountain roads.

I saw one of the most spectacular sunsets last evening. The mountains soaring higher than the cloud cover, golden rays of sunshine diffused through the dense fog, the gentle cold breeze, the music of birds wafting through - it seemed like a scene choreographed to soothe all senses.

Bhutan has been a wonderful country. And the people have been gentle, courteous, kind and helpful.
