Lom Janičův vrch, also known as the flooded Lom near Mariánský mlýn, is a natural monument and a flooded limestone quarry located just outside Mikulov, close to the Marian mill. Protected area of ​​4.06 hectares was declared by the Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of ​​Pálava on May 1, 2014. The reason for its announcement is the occurrence of water and wetland communities of flooded limestone quarry, rock communities on quarry walls, fragments of Pannonian steppe lawns and paleontological site. Flooded quarry is a sought-after natural swimming pool and there is also a snack-bar in the season.

The Holy Hill is one of the hills of the Pavlov Hills, 363 m high. It forms together with the bell tower and the chapel of Sv. Šebestiana significant landmark over Mikulov. Lesser chapel of St. Rosalie and Chapel of St. Barbora is behind these two majorities. The chapel of God's tomb with domed dome is on the hiking trail in the adjacent forest.
