#BackTotheFuture
It’s time for a back to the future topic (it’s my favorite one BTW)) 😁 So, back in 2010, I was a model and really liked to be not only in front of a camera but also to take pictures 📸 So, once I spent my monthly salary on a camera with a good lens. It cost me the equivalent of 4,000 BTC. Even today with the low rate (the rate is $3,635.05) I could spend $US 1.45 million more rationally - buy a villa in Malibu for example or a penthouse in Manhattan, but NO I invested in Canon 🤦♀️
Now my camera is worth about $100, and it’s a problem to sell it to buy a new one 😂☝️ Peace all) Keep calm and trade❤️
Can we see any positive trends while the market is becoming more and more red? I guess, yes. We have some positives. On November 24, the hashrate in the main Bitcoin network amounted to 47.2 EH/ s, which is 38% more than the average of 34.7 EH/s. Meanwhile, BTC is trading at around $3,900. Is it a long-awaited rebound? I'd like to believe in this fact. This corrective growth we have observed over the past hours. The bulls have managed to hold out for a short time over the $4,000 mark on some of the exchanges.
Is Montenegro the new Malta?
Recently I visited Montenegro to talk to my friend who is one of the agents of influence in the crypto industry 😏 He strongly thinks that blockchain technology and the lending of crypto assets in Montenegro will help it weather the current crises. Historically, Montenegro hasn’t had its own currency, after it got separated from Serbia it didn't have its own bank system or any assets to print banknotes at the German garrison was located there for some time, so Montenegro started to use Deutsche Marks, and then of course Euros 💶💶💶
The second thing is that Montenegro has a liberal currency control. The law allows using not only Euros for the business deals but all of the existing currencies (if Germany, Singapore, and others are not accepted BTC as a currency, then in Montenegro it’s automatically accepted). 👌 Another thing he highlighted is that when launching a business or international transactions in Montenegro, the law is equal for both residents and non-residents. Besides that - Montenegro is not an offshore‼️
At the end, sitting on the Adriatic seashore, we discussed that maybe Montenegro would be the first European country that would equate crypto exchanges to alternative trading systems. It has the potential…🌴❤️
Ripple is the crypto company which has surprised us today. Its market cap reached around $14.1 billion (https://coinmarketcap.com/coins/) and replaced Ethereum to become the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency. Cory Johnson, Ripple’s Chief Marketing Strategist, made a statement about how XRP is better than Bitcoin. With the current market situation, it’s quite an excellent, aggressive strategy. I’m not sure that it led to thousands of BTC investors deciding to exchange Bitcoin for XRP, but for sure it works well for Ripples holders. As for me, the additional part of XRP is going to my portfolio.
Yesterday was my last day in Moscow 😖 So I would like to pay respects to this beautiful city ❤️❤️ The RIW 2018 (Russian Internet Week) conference wasn’t epic (there were not 15K people as it was promised BUT the place was huge, there were several venues, nice people and you could visit it totally for free!) 😁 Moscow itself is like a fairytale, drowning in billions of lights, flooded by millions of stylish people. Everywhere you can find delicious food from around the world (the best Georgian food and wine (YES, the wine is gorgeous too!) I’ve ever tasted is in DiDi restaurant) 🍷. The best Japanese Yukimi Daifuku (ice-cream in mochi dough) is in Novikov Restaurant and bar🍡. Go to taste traditional borscht and vareniki at Mari Vanna restaurant and the restaurant named in honor of famous Russian writer Pushkin for their branded dessert 🍰. Oh, you will not go hungry in Moscow I promise you)) 🙃❤️ Boarding for my flight (to Tokyo) has just started, so guys I will share more interesting places to visit in Moscow next time. Love you, wish me a smooth flight 🛫🍓
Bitcoin is still struggling to cross the $4,000 frontier. So let’s wish it luck and hope for the best. Meanwhile, let’s focus our attention on the CoinMarketCap in search of interesting coins which are emerging in the market. And at the 28th position, we find DigiByte. What is interesting about DigiByte? Unlike other currencies, it has recently experienced 17.01% of growth. DigiByte is a public, rapidly growing and highly decentralized blockchain. The coins are considered as digital assets that cannot be destroyed, counterfeited or hacked. Founders think that it is making their coins ideal for protecting objects of value like currency, information, property or essential digital data. Let’s add this #freshcoin to our portfolio.
Ashton Kutcher, the lucky investor?
Everybody knows Ashton Kutcher. He is an actor. But did you know that he is also the co-founder of venture fund A-Grade Investments? They have invested in BitPay, the payment processor that allows merchants to accept Bitcoin payments. The BitPay Card is one of the fastest and easiest ways to turn your Bitcoin into dollars. Nice product - Ashton knows where to invest 😁 He also has invested in Spotify, Airbnb, Foursquare, and Uber 💪
Meanwhile, I have landed in Narita. Today it’s going to be a vast conference here in Tokyo with such speakers as the former Japanese Prime Minister, Tokyo Olympic 2020 committee member, the President of Mitsubishi and so on… Told you it's gonna be colossal 😎 summit.digitaljournal.jp - go check it out and see you there 😉
()Everything is green... Seems like “crypto winter” is over? Let’s be happy, but also be careful. We continue to keep an eye on #freshcoins, which we haven’t added to our portfolio before.
Do you want to be rewarded by producing content? It’s easy, because there are a few platforms that provide you with such an opportunity. And now among them is Tapatalk, that will reward users with Kin tokens. What is KIN today? The currency is at 130th place on CMC. Now Kin exists as an ERC-20 token, but recently, developers announced that the cryptocurrency would exist on independent blockchain, built on a fork of the Stellar code. Added to our portfolio!
Congratulations @trumpsbet! You have completed the following achievement on the Steem blockchain and have been rewarded with new badge(s) :
