NYT Reveals Kushner's Tax Records: Here Is How He Avoided Paying Taxes For Years
In a follow up to the bombshell laid by the NY Times of how Donald Trump's dad avoided taxes for years, his son-in-law appears not to have paid Federal Income Taxes from 2009-2018.
Jared Kushner used depreciation on his real estate holdings to offset his personal income.
This is a common practice among those involved in this field. Owners of property are able to take advantage of a lot of loopholes in the tax code.
There is no evidence, based upon what was found, that Kushner did anything illegal. It could point to a bigger issues though.
