☻☻Steemit Kung Fu Lesson # 7 Learning Kung Fu, Shaolin 8 Stance Form☻☻
In today's Steemit Kung Fu lesson you will be learning the Shaolin 8 Stance Form. With this being the 7th lesson I hope you have been practicing lessons 1-6.
There are 8 stances that are very important in Shaolin Kung Fu and they are
1. The Horse Stance
2. The Bow & Arrow Stance
3. The Rooster Stance
4. The Tiger Stance
5. The Unicorn Stance
6. The Empty Stance
7. The Lotus Stance
8. The Rest Stance
In this video you will learn the Shaolin 8 Stance Form. This short form allows you to practice all eight stances along the Fisted Blocking Drill, Circle Block, Flat Punch, Vertical Punch and the Back Fist.
