Cornflakes-Kuchen
Zutaten:
1 Becher sahne
1 Becher Zucker
2 Becher Mehl
4 Eier
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
1 Päckchen Backpulver
125 g Butter
200 g gehackte Mandeln oder Nüsse
1 Becher Zucker
2 Becher Cornflakes
4 El Milch
fett fürs Blech
Zubereitung:
Sahne, Vanillezucker, Eier und Zucker verrühren.Mehl und Backpulver dazu geben.Auf ein gefettetes Backblech streichen und bei 200 Grad 10 Minuten backen.Zucker, Cornflakes und Milch verrühren. Auf den vorgebackenden Kuchen geben und weitere 15 Minuten backen.
Bei Kindern sehr beliebter Kuchen!!!
