Our Trip to Nusantara Garden of Flowers in Puncak (BILINGUAL) - Part I
Last week, 26 September 2018 I went to Puncak (West Java) with my Unicef pensioner friends. The purpose planned to go there was only to do some cullinary hunting, as usual done by us at least once -a- month. We went there, perhaps, because the name of food is a little bit strange to our ear --SATE MARANGI -- name that I have never heard of it before. After a long trip looked for the Restaurant in Puncak, finally we got there and soon we're sittting around the table then the Satay Marangi were served -- our tour leader ordered for us earlier-- so that it can be served right on our arrival. I'd better described what atay Marangi is. It's satay and one piece of main cake made of grilled sticky rice, served in a small plate. In eating them we have to pour out something made of soybean sediment, not of something that I like the most: ground peanut sauce.
