Probably, in such an essay it is worth telling a little not only about the taste and design of your favorite breakfast; but also about the benefits of those substances for the body that are contained in the products.

Apples for breakfast? Great. It's iron and vitamin C. Apples are additional energy, fiber and help the body to renew itself.

Porridge and nuts for breakfast? It's a great idea. Energy and nutrition of the body are what cereals will bring with them.

And of the drinks? Milk, tea or cocoa? For breakfast, the choice of these drinks is always equally good. They will add energy to the body, activity is always useful.

Remember, fruits and berries for breakfast are nothing but benefits and energy. This is a boost of energy and a contribution to good health for the future.
