It's human nature to be very hungry. Whatever is left, we can eat it. It's all delicious.

It's late, so let me say hello to my friends a little bit. We're going to gild the Buddha statue (the annual gold leafing ceremony) at a temple. But we need to find a gas station that has a service point to charge the electric car first (because we're coming back from driving a Grab car). There's only about 30% of electricity left. Driving along, my heart is pounding. It's not comfortable. Let's stop and fill up 80%. It's safe. Haha.

 There are very few places to charge electric cars on Phra Ram 2 Road outbound. We had to stop at this gas station. We left the house with empty stomachs, so we were very hungry. We looked around and saw nothing for sale, except for 7-Eleven and food trucks.

 The husband's eyes widened with joy. He dreamed of having one for his children and wife to use to earn a living. The vendors were friendly and sold mixed drinks and fried meatballs for 10 baht each. The mixed drinks were fragrant and delicious.

There are 3 types of mobile food trucks:

1. Food Truck
   Modified trucks are ready to be used for food business. The most popular vehicles used for food trucks are small vehicles such as Suzuki Carry, Daihutsu, TATA TongFong. When modified, the food trucks are beautiful, compact, and not expensive.

   Food Trucks are suitable for those who have to move frequently or change their selling hours frequently. They are highly mobile.

2. Food Trailer
   A trailer that has been modified to sell food cannot be driven by itself, so it has some disadvantages. However, the advantage is that it can be modified in many ways and has more usable space than a food truck. It is suitable for places that do not need to be moved often. You can leave it parked at temple fairs or festivals.

3. Vintage Food Trucks
   Some people may like the vintage style because it is beautiful and requires very little investment. You can modify existing vehicles at home to make food trucks, such as vans, Volkswagens, low-body Mazda pickup trucks, and old buses. This will give you a beautiful and classic look.
