krfood - 오징어찜 (Braised Squid)

얼마전 동네술집 "만원의 행복"에서 먹은 오징어찜.

그나마 서민음식이었던, 이 음식도 중국인들이 오징어를 먹으면서
가격이 제법 올랐더군요.

자칫 명태처럼 값비싼 어종이 되는 건 아닌지 걱정입니다.

소주 한 잔에 오징어 데쳐서 초장에 한 점 찍어 먹으면 딱인데...^^
