Ischigualasto Provincial Park

Ischigualasto Provincial Park, also known as the Valley of the Moon, is located in northwestern Argentina. Its desert landscapes similar to the lunar surface have impressive rock formations in areas such as the “Valle Pintado” and the “Cancha de Bochas”. Dinosaur fossils from the Triassic period are on display in the park museum. The Morado hill has trails and a view from the top to the valley. Guanacos are common in the park
