그리고
서울은 기상 관측 111년 만에 가장 기온이 높았고, 강릉에는 역대 두 번째 초열대야가 나타났다.
2018.7.23 아침 최저기온이 서울은 29.2도, 강릉은 31도로 관측 사상 가장 높은 기온을 기록했다.
강남 삼성역 사거리에 신호를 기다릴는 중에 차량의 외부 온도가 39.5도라고 알려주었다.
