장군차 가지치기

4월-5월 장군차(녹차) 제다 시즌이 끝이 나고

​앞으로 있을 제다 체험을 위해 가지치기를 해야한다.

​April-May, Jangguncha (green tea) production season ends

​Pruning should be done for future green tea making experience.

장군차의 판매량이 많아지면 제다 시즌이 더 길어지고

아까운 찻잎을 애써 잘라내지 않아도 될텐데

The higher the sales volume of Jangguncha,
the longer the green tea production period will be, but it is unfortunate that it is not.

Then we don't have to cut away our precious tea leaves.

장군차 밭으로는 작은 규모이지만

작업을 하다보면 이렇게 넓었나싶다.

땀을 비오듯 흘렸지만 지나간 자리를 돌아보면 나름의 보람은 있다.

It is small in size for a green tea field,

It was so hard when I was working that I wanted to be this wide.

I sweated like rain, but I felt worthwhile looking back at the places I had passed.

늘 나무 위에 오두막집을 짓고 싶은 로망이 있었다.

오두막집 까지는 아니지만

이름 모를 고목에 기대어

차밭을 바라보며 가볍게 차 한잔 할 수 있는 공간을 만들고 있다.

오두막이 높아 머리 위 잔가지들을 정리하니

시야가 더 시원하다

내 마음까지

I've always wanted to build a cabin in a tree.

It doesn't have to be a cabin.

Leaning on an unknown old tree

We are creating a space where you can lightly have a cup of tea while looking at the tea fields.

The hut was high, so the branches came up to the top of my head, so I cut them off.

The view is nice.

Even in my heart.
